How to start procedure:

  1. Choose a job according to the list.
  2. Send us an email at info@boostmanpower.com with a good-quality scanned copy of your Passport. CV/Resume. Digital Photograph. The email subject should contain “Romania Work Permit” you need to send all documents/attachments in single email, (We don’t accept a photo taken from a mobile)
  3. As soon as we receive the document according to our requirements we will send you the Agreement which you need to sign and make a prepayment of 1500 Euros to start the process. (Non-Refundable, NO PREPAYMENT = NO SERVICE)
  4. After receiving the prepayment we will give you the submission Receipt issued from the Ministry of internal affairs general inspector for immigration for your work permit authorization application in minimum 60 working days.
  5. After getting the submission Receipt it will take up to 30 working days to issue the work permit invitation.
  6. When the work permit is ready we send you the photocopy or scan copy by email / WhatsApp, you will have to make the second payment of 2000 Euros. (NO PAYMENT = NO SERVICE)
  7. When the work permit is ready, first send you the scanned or photocopy, and you will have to pay 100 Euros for the courier charges.
  8. After receiving the courier charge we will send the original work permit invitation along with the supporting documents to your preferred address.
  9. Once you receive the original documents you need to apply online by uploading require document to get embassy appointment at https://evisa.mae.ro/ .
    • If you found you need to apply in the embassy of Poland you need to apply online https://secure.e-konsulat.gov.pl/
    • Once you upload the document at the https://evisa.mae.ro/ embassy will validate document and notify you with appointment to visit embassy with original document and passport to stamp visa on your passport.
  10. After getting a visa, you will make the third payment of 2000 Euros before coming to Romania.
  11. If your visa gets rejected due to not justifying the purpose of your stay then you may appeal against the embassy's decision and you have to submit an appeal along with the original work permit at the embassy/VFS Global. But your initial payment of Euro 1500 will be non-refundable because our Lawyers in Europe have already done their work to get you work permit approval from Immigration Authorities. Now the final decision of getting visa on your passport entirely depends upon your interview with Visa Consular in Embassy. If you can answer basic question and they get satisfied, you will get visa. Otherwise we have the option to appeal the decision and re-apply.
  12. When you work in Poland for at least 3 months, the Employer may assist you in getting the Temporary Residence Permit for 1/3 year, which is renewable.
